Depending on the age of the model, we can send you a replacement key. All available key numbers begin with the number “0”. If you have a key number that begins with the number “1”, for example, we can no longer provide a spare key.

For this we need two pieces of information from you:
- Your lock number: you can find the lock number either on another key or on the lock cylinder.
- The type of key you have: pay attention to whether you have a key with a black plastic cap or a completely silver key.
ATTENTION:
If you had a key with a black plastic cap, you cannot use a silver key (and vice versa!). The type of key has an effect on the locking.
If the required lock number is no longer available, there is still the possibility to change all locks.
